marzipan honey

Ingredients

  • 500g forest honey
  • 200g marzipan (raw mass)

preparation

Add the forest honey to a bowl. The honey should not be too cold. Cut the marzipan into small pieces and add it to the honey in the bowl. Mix everything with a hand mixer, first on a low setting and then on the highest setting for about 3-4 minutes until the marzipan and honey are well mixed. Finally, all you have to do is pour the finished marzipan honey into a suitable jar. Please note that from this point on, the expiration date on the honey no longer applies.
