oatmeal cookies
Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 280g oat flakes
- 50g nuts (preferably walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds)
- 100g liquid honey
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 50g chocolate bar
- 2 eggs
preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Melt the butter slowly at a low temperature. Put the oat flakes and nuts in a bowl and pour the melted butter over them, stir gently and leave to stand for about 10 minutes.
Whisk together the honey and eggs. Add the baking powder and salt. Carefully stir in the cooled oat mixture. Finally, fold in the chocolate cut into small pieces.
Using two teaspoons, place small heaps on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
